A reminder to families the Get Active Kids Voucher Program helps eligible families get their kids involved in Cricket. Eligible children may receive up to $200 to cover the costs for membership registration fees and competition uniforms (must be purchased in the same transaction).

PROCESS 1
APPLY FOR A REIMBURSEMENT (IF MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID)

STEP 1. APPLY FOR A REIMBURSEMENT THROUGH THE GET ACTIVE KIDS PORTAL
1. Visit the Get Active Kids Website and apply for a reimbursement of your purchase. This can include membership/registration fees, equipment, uniforms and clothing required to participate in the nominated activity.
2. You will need the tax invoice of your purchase for the application to be approved. If you can’t find your tax invoice, please email getactivevouchers@cricketvictoria.com.au

PROCESS 2
APPLY FOR A GET ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER
STEP 1. APPLY FOR A GET ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER
1. To be eligible for a voucher you must be
(a) the parent and/or legal guardian of an eligible child
(b) the holder of a valid and issued Australian Government Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card with named dependants or your child is named on their own valid Health Care Card, and
© the holder of a valid Australian Government Medicare card with named dependants.
2. To apply for a voucher, you must visit the Get Active Kids Website and fill in all necessary details.
3. During your application, you need to select Cricket Victoria – Community Cricket (Activity Provider: 3191929) as your chosen sport. You will then receive a unique voucher to be used at the point of registration.
STEP 2. PLAYHQ VOUCHER REGISTRATION
1. Once you have received your voucher, you must use it during the registration process through PlayHQ. Visit the Play Cricket Website and find the program you wish to register to
2. Complete the registration process through PlayHQ until you get to the payment section, where you can enter your voucher code in the voucher section as per the image.
3. Please ensure the voucher you are using begins with:
G7-3191929 – xxxx. The last 4 digits will be unique to each participant.
